NORTH POLE

The North Pole trip was an intense expedition with three days of introductory training in Longyearbyen on Svalbard and twelve days on the arctic ice.

GREENLAND

Together with Scottish polar guide Matt Spenceley from GES-Greenland Expedition Specialists, Patrick kited and climbed his way from Nagtivit to Eqip Sermia covering a distance of approximately 750 kilometres.

ICECLIMBING

After Scottish mixed- and ice-climbing in the Ben Nevis Massif and the Cairngorms in earlier years now tackling frozen waterfalls in Switzerland. Pure pleasure on very steep to vertical technical ice routes.

ICELAND

Crossing the largest ice cap in Europe by volume (3,100 km³) and the second-largest in the area with the exploration of Grimsvötn volcano and the ascent of Iceland’s highest peak, in the southern periphery of Vatnajökull.

ARCTIC CANADA

Kiting across and along the Northwest Passage, along the northern coast of North America via waterways through the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. Experiencing multiple different snow conditions on the frozen waterways and on the small islands in challenging temperatures with high windchill.
